Château is situated in the heart of the village of Malviès,
a small semi-circular village built on the South slope of the Malepère
massif.
It was built in the XVIIIème century on the site of a roman
town. A large plot of vines still carries the name today "LES
VILLAS " & it is not unusual to discover a piece of
amphora, a coin, arrowheads (digging, scanning etc. is forbidden).
The residence is of the Directoire period, with its peristyle facing
South towards the Pyrénées, & has been in the
same family for six generations.
